Development themes are new copper alloy casting technology that conserves energy and resources and the expansion of lead-free products, which is the global mainstream.
With our Dalian Plant in operation, our headquarters plant shifted its mission to integration, research and development, and management. What we are currently working on full force is what a 21st century casting plant should be like assuming the need to conserve energy and resources and the expansion and spread of the lead-free products that are being required world-wide. Concretely, we are conducting research and development of new copper alloy casting technologies using the decompressing & refrigerating casting system and are proceeding with the building of a system including affiliated companies for creating lead-free products. As a manufacturer of raw materials and formed parts, research and development that contributes to industry and society is our most important topic.
- GIFU PLANT
This is our distribution base for making our wide-area network function smoothly. It is crucial for inventory management and customer service.
Our GIFU PLANT was completed in August 1999. Its Job No. 1 is to link closely with our production base in Dalian and to serve as a distribution base that makes our quick delivery system possible. This plant is equipped with a real-time management system using IT and a multilevel automated warehouse that secures broad space and makes possible speedy shipping in and out by large trucks. This plant also carries out production in adjacent area of the warehouse. Responsible for effective distribution between the Kiyosu headquarters and Dalian and inventory management, the GIFU PLANT is crucial to us in making our wide-area networks function smoothly.

DALIAN KAISIN VALVE CO. LTD started its operation in 1991 in the Dalian Economic and Technology Development Zone, where many European and American companies expanded their operations. In 1995, this company was approved as the first plant in the valve industry in China allowed to display the JIS mark and it has developed high capacity for both quality and quantity and has grown into our main production base. This company actively introduces new technologies and new systems as a unified team with Kiyosu headquarters in order to meet global need for cast products. As a casting plant creating world-class quality, including environment friendliness, this company works to further improve and aims to contribute to the development of China too.
- VINA JAPAN VALVES CO. LTD
Start of Vietnam Plant Operation
In order to complement our overseas production base in China, we turned our eyes to Vietnam, which boasted the second highest growth rate in the world (in 2016). In particular, the people in the north where Haiphong is located are said to greatly resemble Japanese and are extremely diligent. Also, although this company was just established, technology will be introduced from Japan and China and we are striving to upgrade our local employees, for example by bringing them to Japan for technical training. Our aim is to make this a production base even one day sooner. For the future, we also have our sights on local product sales and intend to contribute to the building of Vietnam’s infrastructure.
